Statesville native, Susie Goforth, graduated from Appalachian State University and resides in the Downtown area with her husband and her three children, Vivian, Mary Mac, and James (not to mention their dog, fish, and nine chickens as well). There is nothing that she loves more than this fun, chaotic life of hers. Goforth uses this as inspiration for her creativity and it can be seen throughout her artwork with bold colors and fun textures.
