 Raised in Statesville and a graduate of Statesville High School, Thomas P. Gill (Tom) is a retired Air Force officer and former health care executive.  He is a proud alumni of Mitchell Community College and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in science education. He earned his master’s degree from the University of Arkansas and is a natural teacher having taught at several colleges including The Citadel and Craven Community College. Enjoying life with his wife, two adult daughters, and their families, Gill resides in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. When not writing, he golfs, reads, helps aspiring authors, and invests in his community Turtle Patrol and Neighborhood Watch programs.
